By visiting our website, submitting an application, scheduling a call, or engaging in any communication with our company, you are expressly agreeing to all Terms below.

1. Company & Services

Trustline Advisory Group™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a professional Online Reputation Advisory firm. We provide analysis, advisory, and best-effort services related to:

  • Google Business Profile reviews

  • Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb

  • Reddit threads and indexed content

  • Search engine suppression, de-indexing, content replacement

  • Brand protection advisory

We do not guarantee results on every case.

Guarantees apply only to items we formally approve in writing after evaluation.

We do not provide legal services or act as a law firm.

2. Case Approval + Guarantee Rules

After evaluation, we will designate each item as:

Approved Case

→ Guaranteed removal/suppression
→ Pay only after the agreed success outcome is delivered

Non-Approved Case

→ We may offer best-effort work
→ No guarantee, results vary
→ Payment terms agreed separately

All approved removals must be paid within 24 hours of delivery of results.

Late Payment Penalty:


A surcharge of $100 USD per day will be added to the outstanding balance until payment is received in full.

We reserve the right to revoke guarantees if:

  • Client provides false or incomplete information

  • Client interferes with active work (ex: replies to attackers, files disputes, etc.)

  • Client initiates chargebacks or disputes

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made by the method confirmed in writing

  • All approved cases are billed AFTER successful outcome

  • No chargebacks or payment disputes are permitted once work is delivered

  • Client agrees to notify us immediately of any billing issues

  • All invoices are due within 24 hours to avoid penalties above

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Interest and penalty fees

  • Suspension of additional work

  • Legal debt collection action

  • Public reinstatement of previously removed content (if applicable)

4. “By Booking a Call” Acceptance

By booking a call, submitting an application, replying to our messages, or engaging with our staff (directly or indirectly), you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

This includes free consultations and outbound setter-scheduled calls.

No signature is required. Digital interaction equals contract acceptance.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

We are not owned by, partnered with, endorsed by, or affiliated with:

Google • Meta • Facebook • Instagram • Trustpilot • Yelp • Reddit • Booking.com • Airbnb or any other third-party named within our services.

We do not claim access to internal control or official authority over any platform.

These are independent third-party companies with their own rules.

6. Results & Testimonial Disclaimer

All services are provided as-is and best-effort only.

Testimonials, case studies, and success examples:

  • Represent results of past clients under specific circumstances

  • Are not guarantees that you will achieve similar outcomes

  • Are used for illustrative purposes only

Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform policies, legal constraints, user-generated content, and attacker behavior.

7. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide true and accurate information

  • Not take independent actions that interfere with strategy

  • Refrain from hostile responses or further escalation with attackers

  • Not file duplicate disputes without authorization

  • Maintain confidentiality about internal processes

Non-compliance may void the guarantee.

8. Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
Client waives participation in:

  • Class actions

  • Public court trials

  • Jury trials

Client is responsible for legal fees, penalties, and enforcement costs if they breach these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, documentation, and communication provided by us are copyright protected.
Unauthorized disclosure or distribution is strictly prohibited and enforceable.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
The published version on our website at the time of client interaction is binding.
